- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen at CDP level or above
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Able to manage a section independently and ensure food consistency
- Team-oriented, with leadership qualities and a positive work attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and during busy service periods
- Good communication skills and a passion for Thai culinary arts
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the kitchen team
