HeadStart international school is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Thai to oversee the Thai curriculum, lead the Thai teaching team, and ensure excellence in student learning and community engagement. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of Thai education within an international context, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both Thai and expatriate staff.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
- Proven experience working in an international school environment
- Strong English communication skills; TOEIC score of 700+
- Comprehensive knowledge of Thai curriculum management, Thai teacher development, and parent communication
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively with international teachers and leadership teams
- Valid Thai teaching license
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly organized and ability to motivate team
- Able to commence employment on 1 August 2026

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 50,000 THB
- Housing allowance: 10,000 THB/month
- Completion bonus: Equivalent to 3 months’ salary upon completing a 3-year contract
- Monthly bonus 5,000 bath
