Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, preferably with supervisory experience.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems, room rates, and online booking channels.
Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong service mind, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
