ตำแหน่ง : Laundry Supervisor
Ensure all laundry processes (washing, drying, ironing, folding) are completed efficiently and correctly.
Maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, and laundry supplies; report shortages or damage.
Monitor equipment for proper operation; report and follow up on maintenance issues.
Enforce hygiene and safety procedures in the laundry area.
Ensure proper handling of guest laundry, including delicate or special-care items.
Maintain records of laundry services, including usage, maintenance logs, and delivery schedules.
Train new laundry staff and conduct ongoing training to maintain performance standards.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet linen demand and schedule.
