Qualifications for Reservation Officer

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or a related field.

Work Experience:
New graduates are welcome.
1–2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.

Language Skills:
Proficient in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
Additional language skills (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) are a plus.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with reservation systems such as Opera or other Property Management Systems (PMS) is a strong advantage.

Personal Characteristics:
Service-minded with a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Team player with a high level of professionalism.
