- Minimum 3 years of experience as Duty Manager in 5-star property, experience in Resort would be advantage.
- Good English, Excellent interpersonal skills, service-minded and guest-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
- Good knowledge of front office operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
