Location: Club Med Phuket, Thailand
Reports to: HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR Manager in overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
• Support HR projects and organizational initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication in English
• Stay in resort , open to relocated
Preferred:
• Experience in in hospitality
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
