Boutique Supervisor
Are you passionate about retail, customer service and all things luxury? If so, this might be the perfect position for you! We are looking for a passionate, detail oriented Boutique Supervisor to join our team at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui.
The ideal candidate must be able to speak, read and write in English, have previous retail experience and a proactive approach.
Experience working within fashion or luxury retail would be an advantage and knowledge of managing a POS system would be preferred.
1. My Purpose
To be the dedicated associate responsible for:
Ensuring high level of customer service on a continuous basis to meet all stated company goals relating to store activities. Additionally, the Store Assistant will be responsible for the management of customer experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as well as demonstrated organizational skills within a retail environment.
2. My Associations
I shall report directly to the General Manager in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, and must interact well with all guests, Department Heads, associates as well as Corporate Office and Owners alike.
3. My Essential Functions
I must be capable of:
● Responsible for introducing and promoting our venue and attracting new customers. You will play a fundamental role in achieving the projected customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
● Accountable for the overall commercial performance of the store, meeting and exceeding your KPIs
● Maintain stock management and warehouse disciplines to 100% accuracy (quality control, receiving delivery and POs Reconciliation)
● Accountable for monthly sales reports and communicating efficiently and professionally with brand partners and suppliers
● To ensure legal and safety compliance at all times
● To demonstrate brilliant understanding of the customer experience and to ensure a service never dips below expectation
● To stay up to date with store products
● Deliver impeccable merchandising to maximize customer journey (including Visual Merchandising under the guidance of the Marketing Manager )
● Resolve all client problems and complains quickly and effectively
● Make decision in the customer’s best interest that also supports the Company philosophy
● Respect initiatives and directions provided by the Corporate Dept.
● Reports any difficulty or problem to managers for solution or follow up actions.
● Fully conversant with telephone etiquette, as per Our Mandates.
● Maintaining harmonious relationships and good communication within the outlet, regardless of guests / patrons or other associates.
● Maintaining a clean and pleasant appearance as per Nikki Beach Restaurant & Beach Club standard.

Aside the essential and supporting duties mentioned above, there are some key attributes that I possess and this includes:

● Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
● Has the ability to upsell products and offer alternative and additional products to customers that are suited to their needs.
● Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
● Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to access and accurately input information using a complex computer system.
● Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
● Working under minimal direct supervision.
● Constantly obtain guest feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
● Proper and tactful in handling complaints of guests.
● Ensure effective communication within sections appointed and with other divisions.
