We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Complex Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will support in driving room revenue, developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the commercial performance of our hotel portfolio across target market segments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Complex Director of Sales in executing sales strategies across our hotel portfolio.
• Manage assigned market segments and key accounts to achieve agreed revenue, room night and account production targets.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and account visits.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, corporate accounts, airlines and other business partners.
• Monitor account production, booking trends and market opportunities and provide regular sales updates.
• Participate in sales blitzes, trade events, roadshows, networking activities and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, E-Commerce and hotel operations to maximize business conversion and revenue opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years' hotel sales experience
• Strong Phuket/travel-trade network
• Proven revenue and account-development track record
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially driven and results-oriented
