Job description

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for maximising online revenue and enhancing the hotel's digital presence. The role oversees online distribution channels, website performance, digital marketing campaigns, OTA relationships, and e-commerce strategies to drive bookings and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Distribution Management
Manage all online distribution channels, including OTAs, wholesalers, and direct booking platforms.
Monitor rate parity, inventory availability, and content accuracy across all channels.
Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and market share.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
Website & Direct Booking Performance
Optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.
Work closely with marketing teams and develop digital promotions to increase direct bookings.
Revenue & Performance Analysis
Analyze market trends, channel performance, booking pace, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on revenue, website traffic, conversion, and channel performance.
Recommend strategies based on performance insights.
OTA & Partner Management
Maintain relationships with OTA market managers and digital partners.
Negotiate promotional opportunities and campaign participation.
Monitor production and performance of key accounts.
Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, General Managers and Operations teams.
Support hotel commercial objectives and revenue targets.

Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel e-commerce, revenue management, digital marketing, or distribution.
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, channel managers, booking engines, and hotel distribution systems.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and metasearch platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
