ตำแหน่ง : Rooms Division Manager (New & Urgent)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Rooms Division within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience as an Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or similar supervisory role preferred.
Good knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
Good command of written and spoken English. and Gaman Spoken is an advantage.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Opera Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of revenue management, guest satisfaction, and quality standards is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude, service-minded, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
