รายละเอียด

Experience: 1-2 years in hotel reservations or front desk operations

- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, website, and other booking channels.
- Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the reservation system.
- Provide information about room types, rates, packages, facilities, and hotel services.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure requirements are communicated to relevant departments.
- Monitor room availability and update inventory accordingly.
- Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Verify reservation details and payment information.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments regarding guest bookings.
- Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.
