RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned
with each property’s positioning, business
objectives, and revenue targets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
across key market segments, including Wholesale,
Leisure, Corporate, MICE, Groups, and OTAs.
* Drive revenue growth through effective account
management, market penetration, and business
development initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key
accounts, travel agents, tour operators, corporate
clients, and strategic business partners.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management,
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Minimum 7 years of progressive hotel sales
experience, including at least 3 years in a senior
sales leadership position.
* Previous experience as Director of Sales, Assistant
Director of Sales, or in a comparable leadership
role within an upscale or luxury hotel
environment.
* Strong knowledge of the Phuket hospitality
market, key source markets, and distribution
channels.
* Established relationships with travel agents, tour
operators, corporate accounts, OTAs, and relevant
industry partners.
