* Key Responsibilities

** Operations & Service Excellence

- Oversee daily resort operations across all divisions (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Spa, and Engineering) to ensure compliance with 5-star luxury brand standards.

- Deliver highly personalized experiences tailored to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and VIP guests.

- Maintain and elevate the physical assets, grounds, and beachfront infrastructure of the resort to the highest luxury specifications.

** Financial Performance & Business Strategy

- Drive P&L management, annual budgeting, accurate forecasting, and cost containment strategies.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue management to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and market positioning across international target markets.

- Maximize Gross Operating Profit (GOP) to meet or exceed owner and stakeholder expectations.

** People Leadership & Talent Management

- Partner with Human Resources to drive strategic recruitment, succession planning, and retention of top-tier hospitality talent.

- Cultivate an inspiring, inclusive culture focused on refined service execution, attention to detail, and cross-cultural leadership (Expat & Local staff).

- Champion ongoing learning and development initiatives, including English language proficiency and luxury service protocols.

** Sustainability & Community Relations (ESG)

- Lead sustainability and marine/environmental conservation initiatives aligned with Krabi’s ecological focus.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with local government authorities, community leaders, and regional tourism boards.

* Job Specifications

- Thai nationality only.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Resident Manager in a 5-star luxury beach resort or ultra-luxury boutique property.

- Proven track record in remote/island/coastal resort operations and deep knowledge of the luxury travel segment.

- Strong financial acumen (P&L, capital expenditure, and revenue maximization).

- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management abilities.

- Fluent in English and communication.
