- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and hotel HR practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Tiger program
