- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (1-2 years minimum).
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HR software

Key Responsibilities:**
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals while managing a diverse team of up to 70 staff members.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance through performance management systems, providing constructive feedback and career development opportunities.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, wellness, and diversity initiatives within the team.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing any HR-related concerns and providing support in conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices while implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track team performance and drive process improvements.
