Qualifications and Skills:
- Female, aged 35+ years
- At least 3–5 years of experience in the position, specifically in hotel restaurants only.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- There is no emphasis on achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Control operational costs, including food cost, labor cost, and waste management
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure quality and consistency of food and service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, forecast, and performance)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
