ตำแหน่ง : F&B Service & Cashier

รายละเอียด

Qualifications
- Female, Thai nationality, aged between 25–40 years old
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or cashier roles will be an advantage
- Good communication skills with the ability to - communicate in Thai and basic English
Positive attitude with a strong service-minded mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills (POS system)
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Service Duties:

Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks according to company standards
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
Coordinate with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow

Cashier Duties:

Operate POS system and handle cash/credit card transactions
Issue receipts and process payments accurately
Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shift
Handle billing, refunds, and daily sales reports
Maintain proper cash handling procedures
