รายละเอียด

Female or male, aged 25+ years.
At least 1–3 years of experience as a GSA or in a similar front office role, preferably in hospitality or wellness settings.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English to handle guest inquiries and special requests (additional languages are a plus).
Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and other hotel software.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting Vikasa’s wellness and mindfulness values.
For Senior GSA: Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and support team members.
