operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial

• Proven experience in handling guest complaints
and conflict resolution with a calm and solution-
focused approach.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-
solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A hands-on manager who is visible, approachable
and always willing to engage with guests.
• Financial acumen and experience in managing
budgets.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management
Systems) and hotel software.
