Job Purpose:
The Hospitality Executive for Laguna Phuket club units is responsible for the overall management of room operations, with the goal of ensuring high levels of member satisfaction through exceptional onsite services and resort quality. Key duties include conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. The role also involves coordinating with hotel operations to maintain the overall upkeep of the club units, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all members.
Key Result Ares:
1. Operational Excellence - Conduct daily room inspections to maintain consistent standards of cleanliness and ensure all amenities are in place across club units.
2. Member Satisfaction Support the team in resolving complaints and addressing member concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and a pleasant stay experience.
3. Property Management - Oversee the overall upkeep and functionality of unit facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
4. Compliance & Risk- Ensure all operations comply with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies to minimize risk and liability.
5. Sustainability - Implement energy-efficient and environmentally responsible maintenance practices to support sustainability goals.

The Hospitality Executive for Laguna Phuket club units is overseeing room operations and works closely with hotel teams to ensure the club units are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to deliver a high-quality member experience
Key Qualifications:
1. In-depth knowledge and experience in facility maintenance, housekeeping, and room operations.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve member concerns promptly and effectively.
3. Proficient in performing preventive maintenance and ensuring the continuous upkeep of facilities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and members.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
