Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or sales management.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or in a similar position is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the hotel's customer base.
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and the hospitality market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
