- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and hotel management systems are an advantage).
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
