- To collect dirty glassware, Chinaware, silverware and other operating equipment’s for cleaning and distribute for use in the various outlets.
- To keep a high standard of cleanliness in all F&B backside areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing area.
- Check the dishwashing machine to be in good condition and report in any damage found.
- To work in any section of the F&B stewarding area when necessary or as requested by the Chief Steward, Executive Chef or F&B Manager.
- To become familiar with all chemical and cleaning supplies.
- To ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is handled with care and maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.
- To break-down mise-en-place stations at the end of meal periods and store the away properly.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To supervise and prepares daily mise-en-place of operating equipment’s and assures that all sections are ready for service.
- To ensure that all kitchens and food preparation area are 100% clean and follow cleaning schedules.
- To collect all garbage in the back area and deliver to the assigned garbage area.
