Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Reservations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Service-minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of PMS, OTA platforms, and Channel Manager systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Positive attitude, open-minded, and eager to learn
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop the Reservations team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
