Qualifications
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Service, Call Center, One Touch Service, or a related hospitality role.
-Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
-Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
-Strong command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
-Service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
-Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management systems; Opera PMS experience is preferred.
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts if required.
-Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to the Heartist® culture.
-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
