PhuketFit is Thailand's Premier Health & Fitness Retreat and the original in the category, established 2012. We welcome an internationally sourced guest base (approximately 95% foreign) at our retreat in Rawai, Phuket, and we are hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the onsite restaurant.

This is a guest-facing leadership role. You will lead the waiting and service team, set the standards for guest service, manage rotas and daily operations, and work closely with the kitchen and senior management to ensure the restaurant runs to a premium standard every service, every day.

**Your Scope**

- Daily restaurant operations: service flow, table turnover, opening and closing, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Team leadership: lead, schedule, train, and develop the waiting and service team.
- Guest experience: consistent professional service, handle complaints, protect guest satisfaction.
- Kitchen coordination: order accuracy, timing, dietary requirements, and guest feedback.

**Core Responsibilities**

- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage POS systems and basic daily reporting.
- Ensure service standards and company procedures are followed at all times.
- Work closely with Senior Management to ensure company standards are consistently implemented.
- Coordinate with the kitchen on order accuracy, dietary requirements, and food delivery.

- Clean, presentable, and well-organised restaurant during every service period.
- Service standards and company procedures followed without exception.
- Strict respect for special dietary requirements, allergens, and guest notes.
- Fluent professional English in every guest interaction.

**What We Are Looking For**

* Essential

- Good communication skills in English. Approximately 95% of our guests are foreigners.
- Previous restaurant management experience (preferred).
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Able to manage daily operations and staff scheduling.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.

* Strongly Preferred

- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting.
- Experience in a premium hotel, retreat, or restaurant setting.
- Experience serving an international guest base.

**This Role Will Not Suit Someone Who...

- Cannot communicate clearly in English with international guests.
- Is uncomfortable leading a service team to consistent standards.
- Cannot maintain service quality under pressure.

**Salary**

25,000 - 35,000 THB per month, depending on experience.
