ตำแหน่ง : Chief Engineer
1. To be able to analyze problems, formulate plans and execute, to get work done quickly Including procurement of materials, parts, etc., and necessary scheduling arrangements with a high degree of quality.
2. Manage repair and maintenance projects and building improvements by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks in advance of beginning any project.
3. Maintains a supply of inventory necessary for optimal operating efficiency.
4. Liaises with suppliers to ensure provision of quality engineering supplies at most competitive prices.
5. Develops and promotes energy conservation programmes by monitoring utility costs and consumption.
6. Monitors the standard of work carried out by contractors engaged by the hotel to ensure that it meets the agreed quality.
