Chief Engineer
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems, and energy management systems.
- Effective communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Physically fit to perform maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts when needed.

Technician 1P

Job Description :
Performs simple maintenance and cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas and grounds of the hotel that do not require practical skill or knowledge of a trade.

Responsibilities :
1. Complete basic maintenance related tasks and deep cleaning to keep guest rooms and public areas in an excellent state of cleanliness and repair.
2. Assist with completion of the preventative maintenance checklist and complete minor repairs work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, unclogging toilets replacing faucet washers, etc.
3. Assist Chief Engineer when necessary.
4. Carry tools, prepare the worksite and assist maintenance representatives as needed
5. Clean and sweep the parking lot and sidewalk areas.
6. Empty all trashcans on a daily basis
7. Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
8. Adhere to all established safety policies and procedures.
9. Follow procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, etc., replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, and minimize waste.
10. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
11. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
12. Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications
1. Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills and 1 or more year(s) of general building maintenance and repair experience.
2. Completion of high school diploma or related vocational training is preferred.
3. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

4. This job requires ability to perform the following: carrying, lifting pushing and/or pulling items weighing up to 100 pounds.
5. Frequently standing up and moving about the facility, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, and frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing and crawling.

Technician (Pool Attendant) 1 P
Job Qualification :
- Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relations with other employees and departments. Any job-related complaints or grievances to be handled promptly with your Duty Engineer or Assistant Director of Engineering.
- To Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: Masonry, painting, Plumbing and carpentry and finish skills, energy conservation, and/or general building.
- Responsible for care and maintenance of all pool cleaning tools which must be kept clean and secure at all times.
- Follow all job instructions given by Duty Engineer or other Senior Staffs.
