Good knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
Ability to prepare classic and signature cocktails according to standard recipes
Basic understanding of bar operations, stock control, and cost awareness
Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP is an advantage)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and service-minded
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Team player with a professional and responsible attitude
