Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, Tourism, or Physical Education.

Certified in Spa Therapy or related field is preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa and recreation, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Previous work in resorts or beachfront hotels with active guest engagement programs is a strong advantage.

Must hold a valid Spa Manager License as required by local authorities.

Familiar with health, hygiene, and spa safety regulations.

Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead spa therapists and recreation staff.

High energy and creativity in planning and executing fun, interactive guest activities (e.g., beach volleyball, pool games, Thai boxing classes, cultural nights, kids’ club programs).

Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.

Basic budgeting and revenue management skills for spa services and paid activities.

Proficient in spa booking systems and general computer use (Word, Excel, Email).

Clear understanding of guest entertainment needs in a leisure-focused property.

Ability to plan seasonal or weekly activities calendars aligned with the hotel’s brand.

Familiar with spa treatments, retail product sales, and inventory control.
