A Cluster LQA & Learning Manager would typically:

Conduct quality audits at each property, identify service gaps, and track improvement plans.

Coordinate and deliver training programs for all departments to close those gaps.

Standardize service procedures across the cluster.

Monitor guest feedback, mystery audit results, and KPI trends.

Work closely with General Managers and department heads to align training with operational needs
