* Manage and convert sales enquiries with professional and timely follow-up
* Host and conduct engaging site inspections and partner visits
* Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless sales support
* Support account development, trade shows, presentations and other sales activities
* Maintain strong commercial awareness while delivering exceptional service
* Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage
* A proactive, positive and service-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Confident presentation and interpersonal skills
* Commercially aware and results-oriented
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments and teams
