Chief Engineer
-Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 5 years of experience on position in engineering or maintenance work in hotels, buildings, or resorts.
-Knowledge of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning (HVAC), mechanical systems, and water treatment systems.
-Ability to plan and implement preventive maintenance programs and manage the engineering team effectively.
-Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of safety standards and relevant engineering or building regulations.
-Skills in budget management, cost control, and spare parts inventory management.
-Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments.
-Basic computer skills and the ability to use maintenance-related software.
