• Proven experience as AHR Manager or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Thai or any other language will be valued
• Strong people skills
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations including Visa/Work Permit process
• Computer literacy
• A high level of passion for succeeding and a strong group of self-motivation
• An effective team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
• Ability to be a clear thinker, analyse and resolve problems exercise good judgment
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations
• Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods
