The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, safety, security, and effective communication between departments. This role acts as the Manager on Duty during nighttime hours and handles guest concerns, emergency situations, operational reporting, and team supervision while maintaining the luxury standards of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee resort operations during the night shift
- Act as Manager on Duty and main contact point overnight
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally
- Monitor arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests
- Coordinate emergency response, safety, and security procedures
- Verify night audit, reports, and operational accuracy
- Lead and support night shift associates across departments
