Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs
- Prepare daily and monthly cost reports
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchasing and Receiving teams
- Review POS system reports to ensure sales and cost data accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing related to inventory and cost of sales
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience in Cost Control or hotel accounting is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
