Responsibilities:
-Plan and develop authentic Italian menus and seasonal specials.
-Supervise, train, and motivate the culinary team.
-Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation in line with Angsana standards.
-Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen hygiene in compliance with HACCP.
-Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Italian Chef or similar role in luxury hotels/resorts.
-Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
-Leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire the team.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Flexibility, creativity, and passion for hospitality.
