KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Hospitality PM: Successfully delivered full-scale renovation of InterContinental Hotel Bangkok — 400 guestrooms, lobby, F&B outlets, pool & public areas — on schedule and within budget.
• Large-Scale Office: Oversaw construction management for Rasa Tower, a 28-storey Grade-A office tower of approx. 83,451 sq.m., coordinating multi-disciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Retail Expansion GM: Directed nationwide retail expansion for Thai Watsadu & Baan & Beyond — covering site selection, EIA approvals, design, construction and handover across multiple locations simultaneously.
• Landmark Project: Managed first-fix construction works for ICONSIAM Bangkok, one of Thailand's landmark mixed-use developments, covering Sook Siam, Veranda, Food Terrace, Rice Paddy and retail zones.
• Business Development: Led feasibility studies, land acquisition and regulatory compliance for community mall and gas station developments in Cha-am and Bangna,
