Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of boat systems.
- Prior experience as yacht engineer or marine technician.
- Problem-solving mindset and reliability.
- Good communication with captain and crew.
- High safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Basic level of English communication, writing, and reading.


Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of motor and sailing yachts 30-90 ft: engine and machinery, electrical and electronic systems, auxiliary systems (watermakers, air-conditioning, hydraulics, fuel systems, tenders, etc).
- Follow maintenance calendar and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Daily report on jobs done.
- Remain on standby during trips to resolve any technical issues immediately.
