Position: Property Sales & Rental Executive (Phuket) Full-time (Hybrid)
Working Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday – Friday with rotation/flexible days off based on property viewings)
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Consultation: Handle incoming leads and inquiries regarding property sales and long-term/short-term rentals. Understand client requirements and match them with suitable listings in Phuket.
2. Property Viewings & Site Inspections: Coordinate and conduct onsite property viewings for prospective clients and investors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, pricing, facilities, and surrounding neighborhoods.
3. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Act as an intermediary between property owners and prospective buyers/tenants. Negotiate terms, prepare rental agreements/sales contracts, and manage the deal closing process smoothly.
4. Listing & Relationship Management: Source new property listings and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and property owners. Keep listing databases, property media, and property descriptions accurate and updated.
5. After-Sales Support: Assist clients with move-in coordination, handover processes, and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate, property brokerage, or hospitality sector.
2. Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bangkok or Phuket.
3. Flexible working mindset; able to work on a rotational schedule and accommodate weekend/evening property viewings when necessary
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Thai (additional language skills such as Chinese or Russian is a plus).
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
6. Having your own vehicle and a valid driving license are preferred
7. Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: THB 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on qualification and track record).
- Uncapped Commission
