HR Manager – Hotel 5 Stars at Koh Phangan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, C&B, training and HR operations.
Lead corporate and mass recruitment to support resort operations and manpower needs.
Develop HR policies, employee benefits and engagement initiatives.
Support pre-opening activities, team building and company culture development.
Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Hotel, Resort or Hospitality.
Strong experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
Good command of English and strong communication skills.
Able to work independently and hands-on in a resort environment.
