หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ | Responsibilities
ต้อนรับและดูแลแขก Check-in / Check-out
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
ให้ข้อมูลและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่แขก
Provide information and assistance to guests.
รับคำขอและแก้ไขปัญหา/ข้อร้องเรียนเบื้องต้น
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and basic complaints.
ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ เพื่อดูแลแขก
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้แก่แขก
Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
คุณสมบัติ | Qualifications
มีใจรักงานบริการและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
Service-minded with good interpersonal skills.
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
Good command of English.
มีความรับผิดชอบและทำงานเป็นทีมได้
Responsible and a good team player.
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
Able to work shifts.
มีประสบการณ์ Front Office จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Front Office experience is an advantage.
