Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily villa operations
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards are consistently maintained
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and reservations teams
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor villa supplies, inventory, and operational readiness
• Maintain ultra-luxury hospitality standards
• Manage staff scheduling and team performance
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
Qualifications
• Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Strong service mind and hospitality attitude
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Able to solve problems effectively under pressure
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to use computers and booking systems
• Previous experience in Villa / Hotel / Hospitality is highly preferred
• Flexible working hours
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing luxury villas or private estates
• Understanding of guest experience and hospitality standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
