Vacancy: Concierge Manager, Phuket, Bang Tao (Office-based)

As a Concierge Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and high-quality service for our clients — from pre-arrival arrangements to support throughout their stay.
Candidate requirements:

- Experience in hospitality or F&B in a managerial role (5*)
- Strong command of English (C1 level or higher)
- Enjoy working with clients online and are skilled at finding and organizing information quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Online communication: chatting with clients via apps and messengers, providing timely responses to requests during their stay
- Organizing transfers and fast-track services
- Arranging grocery packages
- Selling and coordinating additional services
- Promoting our mobile app
