Administrative Office Assistant (Female)
Location: Kamala, Phuket
Type: Full-time
Start: As soon as possible
We are a small, family-like company in Kamala that manages and rents out exclusive villas and apartments for short-term stays. We take care of everything in-house – from bookings and guest service to cleaning, maintenance, and renovations.
???????? We are looking for a female office assistant to join our close-knit team. You’ll work mainly with administration, guest communication and team coordination. Training and handover will be provided.
????️ Main tasks include:
Organizing bills, receipts, and documents
Preparing and submitting monthly records to our accounting firm
Submitting tax-related forms to suppliers/authorities
Communicating with guests via booking platforms
Coordinating cleaning and maintenance schedules
Preparing guest documents and handling TM30
✅ You should:
Have some admin experience
Use Word, Excel and email confidently
Understand basic English
Be organized, flexible and a team player
???? Work hours: 9:30–18:00 (flexibility required for special cases)
???? Salary: Based on experience and agreement
