"Reservation Assistant"

Position Summary:
The Reservation Department Assistance Specialist/ Specialist will be responsible for handling booking requests, coordinating with hotels, managing booking changes. You will work closely with internal departments and tour operators to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reservation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation requests via booking platform and email (confirm, modify, cancel)
• Coordinate with hotels and overseas colleagues (tour operators)
• Handle special requests from tour operators
• Resolve booking issues quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with the related departments for quality service
• Supporting complaint handling

Qualifications:
Experience in tourism or hospitality industry for reservation process is welcome
Excellent/ good verbal and written communication skills in Thai language and English,
Able to use MS Office
Ability to learn new technologies
Ability to communicate efficiently with suppliers and various departments,
Responsible for tasks
Compatible with teamwork
Detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize daily workload
