Job Description: Director of Sales/Sales Manager (Russian Market)
Location: Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach, Phuket
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales/Sales Manager with extensive experience in the property market, particularly within Phuket, to lead our efforts in the Russian market. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in sales, leadership, and public speaking, with a passion for driving growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales initiatives targeting the Russian market, focusing on property investments in Phuket.
• Manage and motivate the sales team, providing strategic direction and support to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct public seminars and presentations to promote property investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Oversee and optimize the use of sales tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Canvas.
• Track and follow up on a minimum of 30 leads per month to drive sales growth.
• Provide leadership in recruiting, training, and developing the sales team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property sales in Phuket.
• Fluency in Russian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canvas.
• Strong public speaking and seminar presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve ambitious targets.
Benefits:
• High salary with 1-7% commission based on sales performance.
• Performance-based bonuses and extra bonuses.
• Two days off per week.
