Sales Supervisor (Russian)
To play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. Supervise and coordinate with the sales representatives or agent to meet and exceed sales target.
- To execute the plan to recruit new agent both freelancer and corporate
- To assist direct supervisor to arrange seminar / training to recruit new agent for both freelancer and corporate
- Provide a professional advice and support on agency agreement to agents
- Assist agent in various ways to archive sales target
- Excellence selling skill, ability to close deal
- Always seeking a new opportunity to expand agent database and develop and maintain relationships with agents
- Overseeing sale tools & sales materials to support agent
- Support on all paperwork related to sales activities
