# Property Sales Consultant – Phuket Real Estate

## About the Role

The Zero Phuket is expanding its sales team and looking for ambitious, confident and results-driven *Property Sales Consultants* to join our growing real estate operation in Phuket.

You will work with local and international buyers interested in property investment and lifestyle opportunities in Phuket, representing *The Zero Phuket developments* as well as a wider selection of carefully selected properties through our real estate network.

This is a performance-driven role designed for salespeople who are comfortable handling leads, conducting presentations, following up consistently and closing deals.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle and qualify incoming property leads provided by the company
* Contact and follow up with prospective local and international buyers
* Conduct online and face-to-face property presentations
* Understand buyers' investment objectives, budgets and property requirements
* Present suitable properties and investment opportunities
* Arrange project visits and property viewings
* Prepare quotations and support clients throughout the purchasing process
* Maintain accurate and consistent follow-up through the company CRM
* Build relationships with buyers, investors and referral partners
* Achieve monthly presentation, conversion and sales targets
* Work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team to convert opportunities into completed transactions

## Who We Are Looking For

* Previous experience in *real estate sales, property investment, luxury sales or high-value sales* is strongly preferred
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Confident speaking with international clients
* Highly motivated by targets, commissions and performance
* Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
* Good command of English is required
* Additional languages such as *Russian, French, Arabic, Chinese or Thai* are a strong advantage
* Existing Phuket real estate market knowledge is an advantage
